Who we are
Solid Oak Homes was built on one simple idea:
I build homes families can trust—because I build every one as if it were my own.
I’m not a volume builder chasing 20 houses at once. I’m a licensed Tennessee contractor who stays hands-on—from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. When you hire Solid Oak, you’re not getting passed off to a project manager you’ve never met… you’re working directly with the person responsible for the entire build.
Most of my work comes from people who care about quality, communication, and knowing where their money is going—and that’s exactly how I run my projects.
How We Build
Every project is a serious commitment.
We walk the property, define your goals, and build a clear scope with realistic numbers. I’m upfront from the start—even when it’s not the easiest conversation—so you always know what to expect.
From there, I coordinate everything—site work, foundation, framing, subs, inspections—all of it. I stay involved daily to make sure things are done correctly.
What Makes Us Different
Hands-on builder – I’m on your job—not behind a desk. Years of hands-on experience allow me to evaluate every step of the project.
Frequent communication – You’ll always stay informed—and you can reach me personally whenever you need to.
Quality focused – Some of the most important parts of your project are the ones you’ll never see. I make sure they’re done right, down to the smallest detail.
Real accountability – I take full ownership of every project, so you always know it’s in the right hands.
There are a lot of builders to choose from. We set ourselves apart by showing up, following through, and standing behind our work..
